Return & Refund Policy

At Taj Pahalwan Naturals, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if:

• You receive the wrong product.
• The product is expired upon delivery.
• The product arrives damaged during shipping.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and a return request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any return or refund request, you must provide one continuous, unedited live unboxing video that clearly shows:

• The sealed parcel before opening.
• The shipping label.
• The complete unboxing process.
• The product received.
• Any issue with the product.

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

If your claim is approved after verification:

• A partial refund may be issued based on the condition of the product and the nature of the issue.
• Refunds are not guaranteed for every claim and are subject to our review.

4. Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for the return shipping and delivery charges unless the issue is confirmed to be our mistake.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used products.
• Products without original packaging.
• Claims made without an unboxing video.
• Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage.

6. Refund Processing

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using a suitable payment method agreed upon with the customer.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will follow this Return & Refund Policy.
